Committed, inspirational, selfless...

Optimus Prime is all these things and more, a born leader and idealistic to boot. But what makes him a truly great leader, is his own lack of hubris, his seeming inability to place his life, his worth, above any of his fellow Autobots, or in fact any other lifeform.

He believes passionately that freedom is the right of all sentient beings, and would gladly sacrifice himself to make that belief a reality.

After a brief encounter with the Engima of Combination Optimus found himself capable of merging with Mirage, Ironhide, Sunstreaker, and Prowl to form the Super Warrior Optimus Maximus.

	Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobot Collection and earns rank points for the player when this character is in play.
Optimus Prime can be called forth from Cybertron across the Space Bridge using dedicated Optimus Prime Crystals, or premium, free, or any of the , , , or the Legacy 2 star crystals.

		Optimus Prime is the prize earned upon the completion of Campaign 1.
	Optimus Prime character crystals can be found in various bundles.

Class
	Special	Bots in the Special class are highly individual fighters with special capabilities. Check their stats and use them in battle to uncover their secrets!

	Inspiring Charge	Rally Autobots to engage the target. Then charge in damaging walls along the way.	5	2
Power Cores
	Universal	This bot can be equipped with any of the bot-universal Power Cores.
	Matrix of Leadership	Increases Optimus Prime's health by 5.5% or higher depending on research level.
	G1 Optimus Prime	When Optimus' health drops below 30% he becomes invulnerable to damage and stun effects for a short time.
	Prime Cores	This bot can be equipped with any of the Prime Cores.
