Full-Tilt is as driven as his name suggests. He's often seen by other Decepticons as barely a 'bot in his own right, but rather an adjunct to the occasional Titan, and so he strives ceaselessly to carve out a niche of his own.
Resentful and angry, he's nevertheless very good at what he does, which is flatten and pulverize anything in his way. In fact, he possesses Titan-level strength and tank-like durability, but can't get past what others think of him.
