The fact that the alliance war is going to be affected with the update is something that i am afraid of- ALL OUT CIVIL WAR
When I started upgrading my shuttle to level 4 it said I only have 1 squad, not 3, I thought it would go away by the time the upgrade had finished but it is still on there and I can't access the other two squads even when I'm about to go into battle. I don't know if this is just a glitch or an actual bug. If anyone could tell me how to get my other two squads back that would be great. :)
Everytime I start the game it goes back to the same mission and freezes up right after I tap the screen to start the mission. I contacted tech support and they asked for some identifiying information ( base name, level, alliance name) which I supplied. The next time they contacted me the told me that too many people have the same base name at level 6 so they can't help me.
WHAT?? THEY GAVE ME THE BASE NAME! How can two people have the same user name in an online game? There has to be a unique username for each player, why it isn't shown on the game's loading screen so people with my kind of problem can be helped?
Because of this, I will NEVER get to play this game again.
